Barnes & Noble Problems

I've been waiting to announce the debut of "The Story of Edwin, The First Christmas Tree" on Barnes & Noble, but they've been having issues. First, came trouble with uploading the e-book version. For some reason only every other page would show up in the previewer on the publishing site. Not having published a PICTUREBOOK as an E-BOOK on B&N before ("Little Louie Lizard Loses His Tail" is only available in a paperback version), I contacted support and pressed on with publishing the paperback. During the (normally) 72hr waiting period for the paperback to go live, I received a message about possible compromise on B&N. Then, I started seeing notices on B&N Press that the entire NOOK system had problems, including importing new content, and they hoped to have it fixed soon. Well, it's been over a week (closer to two) and still no luck, "The Story of Edwin, The First Christmas Tree" paperback is still sitting at "publishing" status instead of going live, and the e-book is still pending.

I hope they resolve their issues soon; I want to have "Edwin" live in all formats (not just on Amazon, as it is now) before Thanksgiving. Then I can move on to working on "Shaman Tales- The Chronicles of Little Hawk (Book 3)- Shadow of the Windwalker". It (and Book 4) has been in draft for a while and I need to start editing and rewrites...
